Doing the Tony Danza
I think most women would agree that wearing the pants in the family (or at work) can get pretty tiresome. It’s hard work kicking ass and running the world day-after-day. Sometimes these power pants can feel kind of limiting or just down-right boring.
Luckily the sartorial choice in trousers in 2013 are vast and almost as endless as a women’s place in this world.
Pants are now cropped, leathered, feathered, wide-legged, pencil thin, zippered, torn, bright, striped, glittery, slithery, high-waisted, slouchy, low, breezy, easy—you get the idea. The options are endless, just as our future is.
Now that the world is ours, how we show up to run it is smiles beyond the trousers of our predecessors. Tony Danza wouldn’t have had to ask “Who’s The Boss?” if he would have worn any of these “I’m the Boss!” pants.
